Software Defined Network. SouthBound interface(SBI)

The SBI is an interface between the SDN’s controller that is a program and an other program on the networking devices.

The APIC-EM use Telnet, SSH and SNMP as SBI.

The NorthBound Interface(NBI) is for communication between the SDN applications and the controllers.
SDN applications=>(NBI)=>Controllers=>(SBI)=>Network devices
